About the Role
As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you'll partner closely with the store leadership team to deliver a standout shopping experience at our Richmond Heights location. Your enthusiasm for music and pop culture becomes a real asset here — you'll guide the team, support daily operations, and make sure every customer leaves having found something they truly love.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion an exceptional, fan-first customer experience across the sales floor.
- Support store leadership with daily operations, opening, and closing duties as needed.
- Share your fandom expertise to help train, coach, and motivate new team members.
- Help fellow fans discover and purchase the merchandise and pop culture products they're passionate about.
- Contribute to a welcoming, energetic store environment that reflects the BoxLunch & Hot Topic culture.
