About the Role

As an Onsite Maintenance Technician (AVA5626) with RealManage in Crystal, Arlington County, you will serve as the hands-on caretaker of a condominium property, ensuring common areas, building systems, and amenities stay safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a full-time, on-location position with no remote option, ideal for a dependable professional who enjoys solving everyday property challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive upkeep across the condominium's buildings and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete general repairs as they arise
• Maintain shared spaces, common amenities, and building systems in safe working order
• Coordinate with property management and outside vendors when specialized work is needed
• Keep accurate records of tasks performed and report larger issues for follow-up

Qualifications

• Practical experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair tasks
