National Community Renaissance is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Rancho Mirage, Riverside County, to help keep our residential community comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with National Community Renaissance in Rancho Mirage, you will report to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor while handling the day-to-day upkeep of the property. This hands-on, full-time position is central to preserving a clean, functional, and welcoming environment that aligns with company standards and supports a positive experience for every resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs that keep the property fully functional and visually appealing.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community for residents and guests.
- Work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to address upkeep needs as they arise.
- Uphold company quality standards across all areas of the property.
- Contribute to a positive living experience by responding to the property's ongoing maintenance demands.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in property or facilities maintenance.
- Working knowledge of general repair and upkeep practices.
- A strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow direction from supervisors while managing tasks independently.
- Reliability and attention to detail in a full-time, on-site role in Rancho Mirage, Riverside County.
