Hot Springs Village Property Owners Assoc is hiring a full-time Spray Technician in Hot Springs Village, Garland County, to help keep our golf courses healthy, green, and championship-ready. About the Role

As a Spray Technician on the Golf department team, you will carry out daily course maintenance under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent and assistant superintendent. This is a non-exempt, full-time position centered on safely managing turf treatments, equipment, and scheduled grounds work across our golf properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete golf course maintenance assignments as scheduled and directed by the superintendent or assistant superintendent.
• Operate a range of golf course maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle the loading, unloading, mixing, and application of fertilizers and pesticides according to instructions.
• Follow established safety procedures when working with chemicals and powered equipment.
• Support the overall upkeep and presentation of the golf courses throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate and maintain golf course equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors and performing physical, hands-on tasks.
• Willingness to handle fertilizers and pesticides in line with safety and application guidelines.
• Dependable, detail-oriented work ethic and the ability to follow direction from supervisors.
• Reliable, full-time availability for on-site work in Hot Springs Village, Garland County.
