Direct Support Professional (N. Coast & Willamette Valley)

Premier Community Supports is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (N. Coast & Willamette Valley) based out of Eugene, Lane County, to empower individuals living across western Oregon to lead fuller, more independent lives. About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional with Premier Community Supports, you'll provide personalized assistance to the people we serve throughout the North Coast and Willamette Valley regions, including Benton, Clatsop, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, and Tillamook counties. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on dignity, choice, and everyday support that makes a measurable difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered support across in-home and community-based settings
• Assist with day programs and meaningful community engagement activities
• Implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each individual
• Provide 24-hour residential assistance as scheduled, supporting daily living needs
• Promote independence, safety, and well-being in every interaction

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to integrity, quality care, and respecting each person's choices
• Comfort working in homes and community environments throughout the Willamette Valley and Oregon coast
• Reliable, patient, and dependable approach to supporting individuals with varying needs
• Ability to travel across the counties served (Benton, Clatsop, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Tillamook)
