Stride Learning is hiring a full-time Accounting Operations Analyst based in the United States to strengthen the financial and contracting backbone that keeps our shared service teams running smoothly.
About the Role
As an Accounting Operations Analyst at Stride Learning, you will own the contracting lifecycle across multiple shared service functions, acting as the connective tissue between teams that depend on accurate, well-managed agreements. This US-based, full-time position is ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys bringing order to complex processes and partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate contracting activities for a variety of shared service departments throughout the company.
- Act as the central point of contact for a wide and varied portfolio of contracts, fielding questions and keeping each agreement on track.
- Work hand in hand with internal partners—including Procurement, Finance, and Legal—to move contracts efficiently through every stage.
- Support smooth day-to-day accounting operations by keeping contract documentation organized, current, and accessible.
Qualifications
- Experience managing contracts or supporting accounting and finance operations.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering across Procurement, Finance, and Legal functions.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail when handling a high volume of agreements simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication for serving as a reliable point of contact to internal stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this full-time, on-site/US-based opportunity.
