About the Role
As a Rig Up Operator based in Miland, Sabine County, you will be a key member of the TETRA Technologies field crew, responsible for assembling, positioning, and preparing equipment so projects can run safely and on schedule. This is an on-site, full-time position well suited to candidates who thrive in active, physically demanding environments within the energy services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, rig up, and rig down operational equipment at job sites in Miland, Sabine County.
- Inspect tools and machinery before and after use to confirm they are in safe, working condition.
- Follow established safety procedures and contribute to an incident-free worksite.
- Coordinate closely with crew members and supervisors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Carry out routine maintenance and report any equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying field conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability for full-time, on-location work in Miland, Sabine County (this role is not remote).
- Prior experience in oilfield, rig, or energy services operations is an asset.
