About the Role

As a Project Manager at Franklin Bio Lab, you will serve as the central point of coordination for research and development initiatives, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables stay on track. Based in King of Prussia, you will partner closely with scientific, operational, and client-facing teams to keep contract research projects moving smoothly from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project milestones across multiple research programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, resources, and deadlines
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions to keep work on course
• Serve as a communication hub between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting on project status and outcomes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects, ideally within a scientific, biotech, or contract research environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating diverse teams
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and risk management
• Comfort working on-site in King of Prussia, Montgomery County
