PNC is hiring a full-time Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Consultant within its Data, Modeling & Analytics group in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, where data-driven decision-making sits at the heart of how we serve our customers.

About the Role

As a Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Consultant at PNC, you will design, build, and validate quantitative models that inform strategic decisions across the organization. This on-site Charlotte position blends advanced statistical thinking with practical business application, giving you the chance to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine quantitative and analytical models used in data, modeling, and analytics initiatives.
• Translate large and varied datasets into reliable, defensible findings that support sound business outcomes.
• Document model methodology, assumptions, and limitations to meet internal standards and governance expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytical solutions.
• Monitor model performance over time and recommend enhancements as data and conditions evolve.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with model development, validation, and the full analytical lifecycle.
