About the Role

As a Salesforce CPQ Manager within Deloitte's Functional Transformation team, you will guide clients through the design and delivery of Configure, Price, Quote solutions that streamline complex sales processes. This full-time, on-site position in West Milwaukee, Milwaukee County combines hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise with the leadership needed to shape how organizations connect with their customers and grow lasting value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to each client's quote-to-cash needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CPQ configurations, including pricing rules, product bundles, and approval workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics, Generative AI, and transformative technologies into customer-facing processes.
• Oversee project delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor team members throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Champion creative, customer-centric strategies that deepen relationships and drive sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying Salesforce CPQ in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong grounding in sales and service transformation, including quote-to-cash and commercial process design.
• Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and engage senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and emerging technologies such as Generative AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills suited to a client-facing, full-time role.
