About the Role

As a OneStream Manager at Deloitte, you will guide the design, implementation, and optimization of OneStream solutions for clients navigating a fast-shifting landscape shaped by AI, market volatility, and evolving regulation. Based in International, King County, this hands-on leadership position blends technical depth with client advisory, helping finance and global business services leaders better serve their enterprises, shareholders, customers, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OneStream platform projects, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate complex finance and reporting requirements into scalable, integrated OneStream configurations.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to keep engagements on track and aligned with business objectives.
• Advise clients on enterprise performance management best practices, including consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bring industry insight to help clients adapt to disruptive technology, uncertainty, and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing OneStream or comparable corporate performance management platforms.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing delivery on full-time engagements.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical detail into business value.
• Willingness to work on-site as required for this International, King County role.
