About the Role

As a Designer II within our Interior Architecture & Design team, you will contribute to the full arc of design projects in a collaborative, growth-minded environment. Working alongside experienced designers and project leaders, you will help translate client goals into spaces that balance visionary concepts with dependable, well-executed delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of interior architecture and design concepts from early ideas through detailed documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to keep designs coordinated, accurate, and on schedule.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and supporting materials that communicate design intent clearly.
• Contribute creative input that strengthens the quality and innovation of each project.
• Engage with colleagues, clients, and the broader design community to advance shared objectives.

Qualifications

• A background in interior architecture, interior design, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated design ability paired with strong technical and documentation skills.

• Availability to work on-site full-time in San Ramon, Contra Costa County.
