Product Designer, Apparel

Eleven Eleven, a Nashville-based women's apparel and lifestyle label, is hiring a Product Designer, Apparel to shape new collections from first sketch to finished garment in our Davidson County studio.

About the Role

As Product Designer, Apparel at Eleven Eleven, you will own the full design journey for each style we produce. This full-time, on-site Nashville position places you at the heart of our product development process, where original ideas become wearable pieces ready for our customers. You'll guide every garment from initial concept through refinement and into production, holding direct responsibility for how it looks, fits, and ultimately reaches the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop fresh apparel styles, carrying each one from early concept all the way to production-ready output.
• Turn creative ideas and brand direction into tangible, well-constructed products.
• Take ownership of design execution and product development across the collection.
• Refine fit, detailing, and construction so every piece meets Eleven Eleven's standards before launch.
• Collaborate closely with the team to move designs efficiently from the drawing board to market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in apparel or fashion design, ideally within women's clothing.
• A strong command of garment construction, fit, and the end-to-end product development cycle.
• Proven skill in translating concepts into finished, production-ready styles.
• A sharp creative eye paired with the practical know-how to bring designs to life.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Nashville, Davidson County.
