About the Role

As an Associate Attorney with Eraclides Gelman in Lilburn, Gwinnett County, you will join a fast-paced, collaborative workers' compensation defense team. This on-site, full-time position is built for early-career lawyers eager to handle meaningful casework while being mentored by experienced litigators in an engaging, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters throughout the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with accuracy and clarity
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Conduct legal research and develop sound case strategies
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to an active, team-oriented practice

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law (Georgia bar admission or eligibility)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A sharp, analytical mind and a diligent, hard-working approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and advancing within a defense litigation practice
