Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Respond to straightforward queries and triage more complex requests to the right teams
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Support the Sales team with admin tasks such as updating deals, preparing materials and coordinating school visits
- Ensure data accuracy across systems to support reporting, forecasting and customer experience
- Assist with renewal workflows (e.g. updating records, sending reminders, preparing documentation)
- Conduct outbound operational calls (e.g. confirming event attendance, gathering onboarding information, scheduling appointments)
- Support our Marketing team with customer event communications (reminders, confirmations)
- Provide general administrative support to Customer Success and wider Revenue teams
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient processes
