Field Service Technician Level II will join our team and serve clients in the Toledo, Ohio area, with responsibilities including expertly configuring and programming devices, overseeing system commissioning, and delivering customer training. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations.
Requirements
- Execute all Level I installer roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibit a deep understanding of project scopes and service expectations
- Assume leadership responsibilities
- Mentor Level 1 installers
- Establish and maintain regular and effective communication channels
- Showcase expertise in working with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products
- Purse ongoing professional development opportunities
- Skillfully perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products
- Demonstrate proficiency in system configuration and commissioning
