Unison Infrastructure
Unison is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Counsel, Renewables to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States.
Requirements
- 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer
- Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects
- Fluent with technology and remote work
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit
- A love of adventure and passion for learning
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills
