Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using computer applications
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
