We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Operator to join our onsite team in Lisbon. As a Junior Social Media Operator, you will work closely with the Creator Relations Specialist to support content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Around 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues
