As an Implementation Consultant at Hawk, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure the successful deployment of AML and fraud prevention solutions to clients. Your expertise will help clients transition seamlessly from initial setup to full operational use of our technology.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation Consulting/Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Product Management, or Customer Success in a B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is essential.
