The Commissions Analyst is a detail-oriented and analytical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of compensation programs across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong experience with commissions or sales compensation analysis
  • Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce
  • High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and timely reporting
  • Ability to manage deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model data
  • Experience in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model, preferably in the tech industry
  • Ability to work through complex compensation structures and communicate them clearly
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfortable building processes and tools from the ground up
