Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative needed for Booking.com accommodation services in Greece, providing excellent support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting with reservation processes, modifications, cancellations, and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or travel, is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
