We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team, working closely with colleagues across Sales and Professional Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most influential public sector organisations and play a key role in advancing the use of GIS across Government.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the ArcGIS platform
  • Understanding of GIS applications and emerging industry trends
  • Confidence engaging with customers and presenting technical solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate business value and translate technical concepts
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good organisation, time management, and ability to work both independently and in a team
