Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for its NYC office. The role involves driving revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive team, and expanding pipeline in the Enterprise space.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience, with significant experience leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-year deals, large ACVs, and executive-level negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Strong experience building and operating a strategic channel ecosystem to support enterprise growth
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal governance for enterprise motions, with a track record of predictable revenue delivery
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into improved execution and strategic decisions
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
