About the Role

As the Building Manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, you will own the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our Milpitas site. This is an on-site, full-time position responsible for ensuring that our workspace supports the demanding requirements of fusion research, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and facilities services at the Milpitas, Santa Clara County location.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep the site fully functional.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
• Champion workplace safety, compliance, and adherence to relevant building codes and standards.
• Partner with internal teams to support space needs as the organization grows and evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building management, facilities, or property operations.
