International Contracts Mgr, Amazon Leo

Amazon is hiring a full-time International Contracts Manager to support Amazon Leo, our low Earth orbit satellite initiative, on-site in Redmond, King County. This is a chance to help shape the commercial agreements behind a network built to connect the unconnected.

About the Role

As the International Contracts Manager for Amazon Leo in Redmond, King County, you will manage and negotiate cross-border agreements that enable a satellite constellation designed to bring fast, dependable internet to places traditional infrastructure cannot reach. The position sits at the intersection of legal strategy, global commerce, and next-generation connectivity, supporting customers ranging from individual homes to schools, hospitals, enterprises, and public-sector organizations operating in underserved regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, structure, and negotiate international commercial contracts supporting the Amazon Leo satellite program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across legal, procurement, finance, and engineering to align agreements with business goals.
• Navigate the regulatory and commercial considerations involved in delivering connectivity across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risk while keeping deals moving efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation and contract records to support long-term program scalability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing or negotiating international or commercial contracts, ideally in technology, telecommunications, or aerospace sectors.
• Strong grasp of cross-border contractual frameworks and the ability to interpret complex agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Capacity to manage several priorities at once in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Redmond, King County (this role is not remote).
