About the Role
As an Order Fulfillment Part Time team member, you'll be at the heart of the shopping experience at our Boynton Beach club. You'll prepare, gather, and process member orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered, right on time. It's an active, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys staying on the move and takes pride in dependable, detail-focused work.
Key Responsibilities
- Select, pick, and assemble member orders with speed and accuracy
- Stage and stage completed orders for pickup or handoff
- Keep work areas, shelves, and inventory organized and well-stocked
- Verify product quality and quantities before fulfillment
- Deliver friendly, helpful service to members and fellow team members
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines while on the floor
Qualifications
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse and retail setting, including lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift
- Comfort working a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- A commitment to accuracy, problem-solving, and great member service
- No prior experience required — we'll provide the training you need to succeed
