About the Role

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Genesis of Chantilly, you'll be the trusted link between our service customers and our technical team. Based on-site in Chantilly, Fairfax County, you'll guide vehicle owners through their service experience, translate technical needs into clear recommendations, and help ensure every guest leaves confident in the care of their Genesis. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with a dealership group recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace across Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Richmond.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome service customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues and requested work.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs while clearly explaining options, timelines, and approvals.
• Coordinate with technicians to track job progress and keep customers informed throughout the service visit.
• Prepare estimates and repair orders, and review completed work with each customer before delivery.
• Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and strengthen the Genesis of Chantilly reputation for service.
