About the Role

As a Groundskeeper based in San Diego, you'll be the person who ensures our residential community always makes a great first impression. From manicured landscaping to spotless common areas, your daily work directly shapes how residents and prospective tenants experience the property. This is a full-time, on-site position with RPM Living for someone who takes pride in clean, well-kept surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds, walkways, and shared amenities
• Keep building exteriors, the leasing office area, and entryways tidy and presentable
• Clean and maintain parking lots, removing debris and litter throughout the property
• Care for landscaped areas to support a welcoming, well-groomed environment
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns observed while working across the site

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and genuine pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly
• Reliability and the ability to work independently on outdoor and exterior tasks
• Physical capability to perform active, hands-on grounds work throughout the day
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in San Diego, San Diego County (this is not a remote role)
