We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills and knowledge to join our versatile team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, establishing recruitment priorities, and following up with non-selected candidates.
Requirements
- Conduct the entire recruitment process
- Establish recruitment priorities and conduct a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
- Follow up with non-selected candidates on their application
- Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
- Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate interest
- Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
- Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with new market trends
