We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Assistant (Talent Acquisition) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be the engine behind our interpreter recruitment process, learning how to identify, attract, and manage top-tier freelance interpreter talent.
Requirements
- Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English (B2-C1) and Native Spanish.
- Experience: Entry-level / Junior (0 to 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or a junior HR/recruiting role).
- Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable learning new software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and accuracy skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactivity: A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- Industry Interest: Interest in the translation, localization, and interpreting industry.
