We are looking for a Chemistry Expert to evaluate AI model performance on chemistry problems, review and annotate tasks, and produce original problem sets and write reference solutions.
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or MS in Chemistry with 3+ years research or industry experience, or BS in Chemistry with 5+ years lab, synthesis, or QC experience
- Working fluency in at least two of: organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, biochemistry
- Comfortable reading and interpreting reaction schemes, spectra (NMR, IR, MS), and phase diagrams
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
