Grounds Keeper

CLS Landscaping of North Florida is seeking a dedicated, hardworking Grounds Keeper to join our Jacksonville crew and help keep residential and commercial properties looking their absolute best across Duval County.

About the Role

As a full-time Grounds Keeper with CLS Landscaping of North Florida, you'll spend your days outdoors maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas in and around Jacksonville. This hands-on, on-site position is ideal for someone who takes pride in tidy, healthy grounds and brings real-world landscaping and lawn care know-how to every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns to a high standard across client properties
• Care for plants, shrubs, flower beds, and trees, including weeding and pruning
• Operate and maintain common landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
• Keep grounds, walkways, and outdoor spaces clean, neat, and well-presented
• Support broader lawn care and landscape upkeep tasks as scheduled by the crew

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in landscaping and lawn care
• Familiarity with standard grounds-keeping tools and equipment
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor, manual work in Florida's climate
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, Duval County (this is not a remote role)
