About the Role
As Site Construction Supervisor, Airport, you will oversee on-site construction and installation work for large-scale airport material handling projects in Austin, Travis County. Working closely with project teams, contractors, and trades, you will keep work on schedule, on budget, and aligned with BEUMER Group's exacting safety and quality standards. This position is based fully on site and is not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction, mechanical, and installation activities at the airport project site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow and project milestones.
- Champion job-site safety, enforcing compliance with regulations and company procedures.
- Track installation progress, report status to project management, and help resolve on-site issues.
- Verify that completed work meets engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supervising construction or equipment installation, ideally within airport, conveying, or intralogistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple trades.
- Effective communication and organizational skills for managing schedules and contractors.
- Willingness to work full-time, on site in Austin, Travis County.
