About the Role

As a Property Manager with RAM Partners, LLC, you will own the performance of an apartment community in Saint Louis, balancing financial results, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. This is an in-person position offering annual compensation of $95,000 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the community, ensuring smooth, efficient, and resident-focused management.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and renewal goals while protecting the long-term value of the property.
• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting to meet ownership objectives.
• Lead, coach, and support an on-site team to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and timely turnover of units.
• Cultivate positive resident relationships and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with applicable fair housing and property management regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in residential or multi-family property management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop an on-site team.
• Solid grasp of property financials, including budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities focused on resident satisfaction.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County.
