The valuations you deliver directly inform whether House Buyers of America moves forward on a residential property, making this a high-impact, decision-driving position within a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective deals and calculate reliable, defensible estimates of market value.
• Define the scope of work needed for properties the company plans to acquire.
• Provide valuation insights that guide go/no-go decisions on residential purchases.
• Analyze property data to support sound, consistent acquisition judgments.
