Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests across apartment homes and shared spaces

• Help prepare vacant units for new residents through repairs, cleaning support, and inspections
• Maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas to a high standard of presentation
• Communicate courteously and professionally with residents while resolving their concerns
• Follow safety guidelines and keep accurate records of work performed
