The Puerto Rico Professionals Development Group is hiring a full-time QA Specialist in Puerto Rico, US to safeguard product quality and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations. About the Role
As a QA Specialist with Puerto Rico Professionals Development Group, you will carry out a range of quality-focused duties in support of program objectives, working with minimal supervision. This position centers on reviewing and approving critical manufacturing documentation, validating processes, and supporting incident response to keep production aligned with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and grant approval for product manufacturing procedures (MPs).
- Evaluate and sign off on process validation protocols and reports tied to manufacturing processes.
- Represent Quality as part of the incident triage team.
- Assess and approve Environmental Characterization reports.
- Authorize the release of sanitary utility systems.
- Review and approve planned activities in support of the program.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of quality assurance practices within a manufacturing or regulated production setting.
- Familiarity with process validation, manufacturing procedures, and environmental characterization documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing and approving technical reports and protocols.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Puerto Rico, US.
