Prominence Advisors is hiring a full-time Epic Cogito Analyst to partner with healthcare organizations across the US and turn complex clinical and operational data into meaningful, decision-ready insight.
About the Role
As an Epic Cogito Analyst at Prominence Advisors, you'll work hands-on with health systems to untangle their hardest reporting and analytics challenges. This is a full-time, US-based role centered on guiding strategic process improvement, steering intricate projects from start to finish, and finding clear answers to genuinely difficult problems. You'll be a trusted contributor on a team known for following through and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare clients in resolving their most demanding analytics and reporting needs using the Epic Cogito platform.
- Champion strategic process improvement initiatives that strengthen how organizations capture and use their data.
- Coordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects through to successful completion.
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve challenging problems with thoughtful, practical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold the team's reputation for getting things done.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Epic Cogito reporting and analytics tools.
- A track record of driving process improvement within healthcare or similarly complex environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep many moving parts on track.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the United States.
