About the Role
As Associate General Counsel at ePlus Technology in Herndon, VA (hybrid), you will work side by side with the Deputy General Counsel and senior business leaders to advance the company's strategic goals. This position centers on keeping our legal, compliance, and risk-management operations running smoothly, efficiently, and dependably. It is an execution-driven role suited to an experienced practitioner who is comfortable translating complex legal matters into practical guidance for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy General Counsel to deliver legal support aligned with company objectives.
- Advise business leaders across the organization on legal, compliance, and risk-management matters.
- Help ensure the company's legal functions operate reliably and with day-to-day operational rigor.
- Support and strengthen processes that reduce legal and compliance risk across the business.
Qualifications
- An experienced legal professional with a practical, operationally focused approach to the work.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in balancing legal, compliance, and risk considerations against business priorities.
- Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement based in Herndon, Virginia.
