About the Role

As Corporate Counsel at Gifthealth, you will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and take ownership of the company's employment and HR-related legal work. This is a hands-on, in-house position based in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, where you will translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance and durable frameworks that support the business as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete range of employment and HR legal matters for Gifthealth on an in-house basis.
• Develop scalable legal structures and processes in close collaboration with HR and People leadership.
• Provide direct counsel on employment questions and employee relations issues as they arise.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping align legal practice with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• A licensed attorney with experience in employment and labor law.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on HR and employee relations matters within an organization.
• Strong skill in building practical, scalable legal frameworks rather than one-off solutions.
• A collaborative mindset and the communication skills to partner effectively with HR and People teams.
• Comfortable working on-site in a full-time capacity in Grandview Heights, Franklin County.
