About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal with RecruitPod Global, you will be a key member of the legal team, providing hands-on support throughout the lifecycle of each case — from the earliest filings through final resolution. This is an in-office position based in Irwin, Bonneville County, suited to a seasoned professional who can stay composed and effective in a high-volume, deadline-driven legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in handling litigation cases from intake all the way through to closure.
- Prepare, review, and submit court filings while keeping dockets accurate and up to date.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support active matters and case strategy.
- Track and manage competing deadlines across multiple files simultaneously.
- Maintain organized case records and documentation to keep matters moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a paralegal within a litigation setting.
- Strong organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Hands-on familiarity with court filing procedures and docket management.
- Solid legal research skills.
- Capacity to juggle several deadlines at once and perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Irwin, Bonneville County.
