As the Amazon Tours Manager based in Mira Loma, Riverside County, you will own the quality and consistency of the guest experience at Amazon Tours. This position centers on guiding a distributed team of Tour Leaders who deliver memorable, informative visits that highlight how Amazon innovates, applies technology, and invests in both its workforce and the environment. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the Tour Leader program across several Fulfillment Centers, setting standards for an outstanding visitor journey.
• Manage a team of Tour Leaders remotely, coordinating schedules, coaching performance, and maintaining consistent delivery across sites.
• Design and refine tour content that communicates Amazon's technology, innovation, and commitment to employees and sustainability.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously raise tour quality and engagement.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure tours run safely and smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams, ideally in tours, hospitality, operations, or a similar guest-facing environment.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate staff remotely across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for translating technical operations into accessible narratives.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mira Loma, Riverside County, as this is a full-time, non-remote role.
