About the Role

As the Assistant Manager at Burger King in Glendale, Maricopa County, you serve as a frontline operations leader, partnering closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to run the daily business of a single location. Working under the RGM's direction, you help steer key performance results across profitability, service quality, team development, and overall operations, while directly leading a group of Hourly Shift Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the RGM in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one restaurant location.
• Drive profitability by managing costs, sales, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver consistently excellent Guest service and resolve issues that arise during shifts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and crew members.
• Uphold operating standards, cleanliness, food safety, and brand expectations throughout each shift.
• Help meet and exceed the restaurant's key performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or shift-leadership capacity.
• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
