About the Role

As a full-time Server at our Hollywood Palms location in Naperville, you'll be the face of our dine-in entertainment experience — delivering fresh, scratch-made cuisine and warm, attentive service to guests enjoying a film. This on-site position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant and theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections
• Take accurate orders and deliver dishes and drinks promptly, often in a low-light theatre setting
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with discretion and a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions with care
• Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying trays throughout a shift in an on-site Naperville setting
