Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and offer thoughtful recommendations from our beverage menu.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area throughout each shift.
• Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in line with local regulations.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and care.
• Partner with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a busy setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior bartending or restaurant experience is a plus; we provide paid on-the-job training.
• Must meet the legal age and certification requirements to serve alcohol in New Jersey.
