As a Manager II at LawLers Barbecue, you'll oversee the front-of-house and kitchen flow during your shifts, keep service moving smoothly, and set the standard for quality and hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day restaurant operations and supervise team members during scheduled shifts
• Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards across the line and dining area
• Deliver friendly, consistent service that keeps guests coming back
• Coach, motivate, and support staff to help them succeed
• Manage shift workflow, scheduling needs, and smooth closing procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality management or supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working on-site in a high-energy kitchen and dining setting
• Availability for a full-time schedule (restaurant closes Sundays and by 8:00 PM nightly)
