About the Role

As a Production Associate - Utility IV in Normal, McLean County, you'll take direction from the shift supervisor and carry out a range of daily production tasks that keep the Cintas Rental Division running smoothly. This is a temporary, full-time, on-site position ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of assigned production duties as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and stage materials and garments so they are ready for loading.
• Support general production workflow needs across the facility as priorities shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical, hands-on tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to changing assignments.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Capable of working effectively as part of a production team.
