Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding presses throughout the second shift to meet production targets
• Inspect finished molded parts to confirm they satisfy quality and dimensional standards
• Trim, sort, package, and stage completed products for the next stage of production
• Watch machine performance and flag any issues to leads or maintenance promptly
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and aligned with safety practices
• Support ongoing improvement efforts to boost efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications
