CRH is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our Building Products team on-site in Carol Stream, DuPage County — a full-time opportunity to drive production planning at a company redefining building solutions across North America.
About the Role
As a Master Scheduler at CRH in Carol Stream, you will own the master production schedule that keeps our outdoor living and utility infrastructure operations running smoothly. This on-site, full-time position sits at the intersection of demand, capacity, and delivery, ensuring CRH continues to serve as a dependable partner to the engineers, contractors, distributors, specifiers, and retailers who rely on us throughout the water, energy, and communications markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine the master production schedule to balance customer demand with available capacity.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to align material availability with manufacturing timelines.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify bottlenecks early, and adjust plans to keep deliveries on track.
- Translate sales forecasts and order commitments into actionable, realistic production plans.
- Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and on-time fulfillment for CRH customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, or a closely related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ERP or MRP systems and scheduling tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Carol Stream, DuPage County, in a full-time capacity.
